Just as every property is different, every survey is unique.
Our surveys are bespoke, tailored to the reporting requirements of the property inspected and provide comprehensive advice on condition and state of repair.
We don’t and won’t provide a ‘one-size-fits-all’ survey.
We don’t and won’t use survey reporting software that would produce a ‘copy and paste’ termed report.
Every report prepared, for whatever purpose, from our broad repertoire of professional services is specifically prepared as an individual case from start to finish.

I have been a professional Chartered Surveyor covering Newcastle, Tyneside, the Coast, Northumberland and North Durham for over 40 years, running my own surveying practice since 1986.
I have surveyed and valued thousands of homes of all ages, types, condition across the full spectrum of property values.
With my reports and the information that they contain, clients have purchased safe in the knowledge that their new home is in good or satisfactory condition, re-negotiated the purchase price to reflect condition defects, or negotiated with the seller to carry out repairs before point of purchase.
